About the Role

Own product and operations end to end:

throxy sells the work itself: pipeline that closes revenue. Behind that outcome sits a set of internal products and the business operations that run them. The biggest right now is Envelope, our email platform, built from scratch since May 2026: campaign launch, sender fleet and deliverability management, AI-powered reply classification, meeting booking, and per-client channel economics.

You will join as a generalist product manager and business operator, working directly with the founding team and engineering. Your first mandate is the email channel - fifteen weeks in it runs 40+ active clients, has booked 244 sales meetings, and operates at a six-figure annual revenue run-rate - and the role grows from there: any product or process that drives client outcomes is in scope. This is a junior role with senior scope: we are hiring for slope, not years.

North Star

Own it end-to-end: roadmap, clients, operations, and revenue. You set the direction and defend it with results.

The Platform

Your first mandate - Envelope today:

40+ active clients running on the platform. 244 sales meetings booked to date. 200+ concurrent campaigns sending over a million emails a month. AI reads and classifies every reply, and the platform reports its own weekly metrics. Built and operated AI-first.

What You'll Own

These are not roadmap items. They are your job:

01
Product Roadmap

Own product roadmaps end to end - starting with Envelope, our email platform: prioritise, spec, and ship improvements with engineering.

02
Client Outcomes

Own the results our platforms deliver - meetings booked, reply quality, channel health - across every client account.

03
Business Operations

Own revenue and cost: pricing inputs, infrastructure spend, unit economics per client, and the processes that keep the machine running.

04
Experimentation & Automation

Run a continuous testing programme across copy, personalisation, and strategy - and automate the manual steps out of every workflow.

Strong Signals

Strong signals:

01
Owned a Number

You've been accountable for a result - a revenue target, a growth metric, a society's budget - not just a task list.

02
Startup DNA

Time at a startup or small team (< 20 people) where you wore many hats. Internships count.

03
Operator at Heart

You've run the operations behind a business, a club, or a project - processes, people, numbers - and left them better than you found them.

04
Ships Solo

You've built something end-to-end on your own: a side project, a channel, a student venture.

Must-Haves

What we're looking for:

01Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) or up to 3 years of work experience
02You have shipped things people actually used - internships, student ventures, side projects, and early jobs all count
03Deeply data-driven: comfortable defining metrics, pulling your own numbers, and making decisions from them
04Interest in sales and outbound - hands-on experience with cold email is a plus, not a requirement
05Fluent with AI tools and agents as part of your daily workflow
06Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
07Based in the UK or willing to relocate to London
